Benenden is delighted to be able to offer you the next generation in GP services: Your Online Doctor eConsultation. You can access the Online Doctor eConsultation service using:
- Laptops or desktop PCs (that have a webcam)
- Windows, iOS and Android tablets
- Windows, iOS and Android smartphones

Using a laptop or desktop for your eConsultation
When using a laptop or desktop PC, this will need to have media player software installed.
If you do not have this you can download Adobe Flash Player free of charge by clicking on this link:
Using a mobile device for your eConsultation
If you are using an Apple or Android mobile device you will need to download the (free) app "VCI mobile" from the AppStore or Google Play Store.
Install the app using the links above but do not open it. Access to your personal eConsultation will be via the link provided in your email.
On a Windows mobile device use Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer to access your eConsultation on your mobile or tablet.
