Please call us to request access to our services or to provide an update on the progress of your treatment. Unfortunately, we can't authorise or make any updates to your case via email.
You can call us to request access to our services.
If you're a resident in England, Wales or Scotland when joining you can request Surgical Treatment after six months of membership. If you're a resident in Northern Ireland and joined us before 19 February 2024, you can request Surgical Treatment after six months of membership. If you joined us on or after then you can request Surgical Treatment after 24 months of membership.

Payment options
If you currently pay by annual or quarterly direct debit, you could spread the cost of membership by changing to monthly payments to help manage the costs.
